Bella Vista Kingswood & Berksdale Courses

Kingswood and Berksdale make up the Kingsdale Golf Complex in Bella Vista. Ed Ault originally laid out the 18-hole Kingswood course in 1968, then revised it with Tom Clark in 1977. The links-style design features generous fairways and mostly flat lies, and it can be played from as short as 3,922 yards to as long as 6,263 yards. Its manageable layout makes it a solid choice for beginners and casual players.

The adjacent nine-hole Berksdale course plays to a par of 36 and combines water features, trees, elevated greens, and walkable terrain. Berksdale is pursuing certification through Audubon International’s Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses, reflecting an emphasis on environmental stewardship. Together, the two courses offer 27 holes within the Bella Vista POA golf system, giving members and visitors flexible options in the Ozark foothills of northwest Arkansas.
