SaddleBrooke One features a nine-hole course playing 3,237 yards at par 35 on East SaddleBrooke Boulevard north of Tucson. The regulation-length nine includes a mix of par 3s, 4s, and 5s across the desert foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The elevated setting provides views of the valley below and the surrounding mountain ranges.

This luxury-tier course includes a driving range and serves the SaddleBrooke One active-adult community. The nine-hole format gives residents a quicker option compared to the full 18-hole courses available at neighboring SaddleBrooke Two and SaddleBrooke Ranch. The community’s position north of Oro Valley means slightly cooler temperatures than central Tucson during the warm months.
