River Creek Golf Course

River Creek Golf Course is a nine-hole layout at 3,152 yards with a par of 36. A driving range is on site. The course is set in the Sierra Nevada foothills at an elevation above the Central Valley floor, where pine and oak woodlands frame the fairways. The hilly terrain adds character to this short but full-par-36 nine.

The course is in Ahwahnee, a small community near the southwestern entrance to Yosemite National Park. Green fees are at the economy level. Golf options are sparse in this part of the Sierra foothills; Yosemite Lakes Park Golf Course and Wawona Golf Course inside the national park are the closest alternatives. The mountain setting offers cooler summer temperatures than the valley below.
