The Club at Castlewood Hill Course is an 18-hole, par-70 layout playing 6,240 yards. As the name indicates, the course is routed through hilly terrain, and the par-70 with moderate yardage reflects a tighter routing with elevation changes. A driving range is on the property.

The club is on Country Club Circle in Pleasanton, in the Tri-Valley area of the East Bay. Pricing is in the elite tier, and the club is private. The Castlewood Valley Course operates as a companion layout at the same facility, and Callippe Preserve Golf Course and Sunol Valley Golf Courses are nearby. The Hill Course is the more compact and hillier of the two Castlewood courses, giving it a different character from the flatter Valley Course option at the same club.
