Lake Estes Golf Course

Lake Estes Golf Course is a nine-hole executive layout near downtown Estes Park, operated by the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District. At par 31 and 2,209 yards, it is a short course designed for a quick round. The Big Thompson River runs through the property, adding both scenery and a water hazard on several holes. The course is open from mid-April through October.

A pro shop and snack bar serve players on site, though there is no driving range. The facility also hosts 18 holes of disc golf on the same property. Lake Estes sits at roughly 7,500 feet of elevation near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, and wildlife sightings on the course are common, particularly elk during the fall.
