Sunset Golf Course

Sunset Golf Course is a municipal nine-hole course in Longmont, Colorado. The City of Longmont operates this par-34 layout, which covers 2,889 yards from its longest tees. The terrain is hilly and the tree-lined fairways are narrow, placing a premium on accuracy off the tee. No water hazards come into play, but bunkers defend the greens.

Longs Peak provides a striking backdrop to the north. As a municipal course, Sunset is affordable and popular with families and beginning players. There is no driving range on site. The course is located in the older part of Longmont, close to downtown, and managed alongside Twin Peaks Golf Course under the city’s GolfLongmont program.
