Hunter Golf Course

Hunter Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 military course playing 6,518 yards at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah. The layout occupies the flat Lowcountry terrain of the airfield property, with live oaks, palmettos, and coastal grasses influencing the routing. A driving range is on site for practice.

Operated by Army MWR, the course is available to military personnel, retirees, and authorized guests at standard pricing. Its location on the south side of Savannah in Chatham County places it near the other Savannah-area courses, including The Landings on nearby Skidaway Island. The coastal climate allows year-round play, and the military affiliation gives it a distinct identity among Savannah’s golf options.
