The Ford Field & River Club

The Ford Field & River Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course that plays a substantial 7,409 yards in Richmond Hill, south of Savannah. The layout moves through Lowcountry terrain along the Ogeechee River, with tidal marshes, moss-draped oaks, and wetland areas defining hole corridors. A driving range and practice facilities support the full-length course.

This elite-priced private club is one of the longest courses in coastal Georgia. Richmond Hill’s location in Bryan County places it about 20 miles south of Savannah, providing a quieter setting than the courses closer to the city. The coastal climate allows comfortable year-round golf, and the river and marsh surroundings create a distinctly Lowcountry character.
