Challis Golf Course RV Park

Challis Golf Course is located in central Idaho’s high mountain desert. The 9-hole layout plays 3,184 yards at par 36, making it one of the longest nine-hole courses in the state. The course sits against a backdrop of red rock cliffs and mountain peaks, with the green fairways contrasting sharply with the surrounding desert terrain. A 24-tee driving range provides space for practice before or after a round.

An on-site RV park offers full hookups, a shower house, and laundry for travelers who want to combine golf with a stay. The park has 30 RV-only sites with pull-through options and 50-amp service, and extended stays come with discounted golf rates. The season runs from mid-April through mid-October. Challis serves as a base for exploring the Salmon River and the surrounding Custer County backcountry.
