Highland Woods

Highland Woods is an 18-hole, par-72 course that stretches nearly 7,000 yards. The course is part of the forest preserve golf system, and its length at 6,995 yards makes it one of the longer public options in the northwest suburbs. A driving range is available on-site for practice.

The course is located in Hoffman Estates, a suburb in Cook County’s northwest corridor. Premium pricing applies. Golfers in the area can also play Hilldale Golf Club, Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club, and Schaumburg Golf Club nearby. The wooded, gently rolling terrain along Ela Road provides a contrast to the more open courses found on the flat prairie farther west, and the full-length layout demands accuracy off the tee throughout the round.
