Cascades Golf Course

Cascades Golf Course is a nine-hole municipal layout playing 2,995 yards at a par of 35. The course is in the hilly terrain of south-central Indiana north of Bloomington, where the unglaciated ground provides more elevation change than the flat central plains. A driving range is on site. The par-35 setup across nine holes offers a mix of par 3s, 4s, and at least one par 5 for variety.

The course is operated by the City of Bloomington Parks Department, located on North Kinser Pike. Economy pricing keeps it among the most affordable options in the college town, which is home to Indiana University. The nine-hole format allows for quick rounds, and the municipal ownership ensures public access. Bloomington’s Brown County hills geography gives the course more character than its modest length might suggest.
