Beaver Valley Golf Course

Beaver Valley Golf Course is a nine-hole public layout in Allen, Floyd County, playing 3,200 yards at par 35. The course runs between the river and the railroad tracks, creating narrow fairways that demand accuracy. Water comes into play on six of the nine holes, and the greens are on the small side.

Green fees are around $15 for nine holes, placing Beaver Valley among the cheapest rounds in eastern Kentucky. There is no driving range on site. The course serves as one of the few golf options in this part of the state, drawing players from the surrounding communities of Prestonsburg and Paintsville.
