Drumm Farm Golf & Fitness

Drumm Farm Golf & Fitness is a 27-hole public facility spread across 280 acres of former farmland in Independence, east of Kansas City. The par-72 layout plays 7,121 yards from the back tees, routed around creeks and rolling terrain. Zoysia fairways and bentgrass greens provide high-quality playing surfaces, and five sets of tees accommodate a wide range of skill levels. GreatLIFE Golf manages the property.

A full driving range, putting green, and chipping area support the practice side. The fitness center component adds a gym element unusual for a public golf facility. Green fees are in the premium range, which is fair given the course length, turf quality, and 27-hole format. Drumm Farm is one of the better public golf values in the eastern Kansas City metro and draws serious players from across the area.
