Country Club of Whispering Pines

Country Club of Whispering Pines is an 18-hole, par 72 course in the Sandhills region, just a few miles from Pinehurst. At 7,138 yards from the tips, it is one of the longer layouts in the area. A full driving range is available, and the club carries premium pricing.

The course plays through the signature longleaf pine and wiregrass landscape of the North Carolina Sandhills. Sandy soil provides excellent drainage, allowing play soon after heavy rain. Fairways feature the Bermuda grass common to Sandhills courses, and the greens demand careful reads on their subtle breaks.
