Fairmont Golf Club

Fairmont Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 72 course on NC 130 Bypass in Fairmont, in Robeson County in the southern Coastal Plain. The layout plays 6,476 yards at economy pricing, with a driving range available. It is one of the few golf options in this largely agricultural part of the state.

The course sits on flat terrain typical of the Lumber River basin, with pine stands and open fields bordering the fairways. Water comes into play through drainage ponds and small creeks. Fairmont is a small town near the South Carolina border, and the golf club provides an affordable recreational option for Robeson County residents and visitors passing through on I-95, which runs a few miles to the east.
