Wildcat Cliffs Country Club

Wildcat Cliffs Country Club is a private 18-hole course in Highlands, at roughly 4,000 feet elevation on the Highlands-Cashiers plateau. The layout plays 6,493 yards at par 72, with steep terrain, mountain streams, and dense rhododendron forests framing the fairways. A driving range is on the property.

Green fees are at the elite level. Highlands has one of the highest concentrations of private mountain golf clubs in the Southeast, with Cullasaja Club, Highlands Falls Country Club, Highlands Country Club, and Old Edwards Inn all in the immediate area. Wildcat Cliffs is one of the older clubs on the plateau and draws a seasonal membership that peaks from May through October when mountain temperatures run 15 to 20 degrees cooler than the lowland South.
