Leisure Village West

Leisure Village West is a private nine-hole par-3 course within the Leisure Village West 55+ community in Manchester, New Jersey. The gated community spans 825 acres and was built between 1972 and 1993, with 2,692 homes across more than 20 floor plans. The community actually has two nine-hole courses on the property, both reserved for residents and their guests.

Three clubhouses serve the community, with amenities including a fitness center, outdoor pool, ballroom, ceramics studio, woodworking shop, and over 50 organized clubs. There is no driving range. Leisure Village West sits between Route 70 and Route 37 in Ocean County, with entrances on both highways.
