Oak Ridge Golf Course

Oak Ridge Golf Course was an 18-hole layout in Clark, Union County, originally developed in the late 1920s on former Homestead Farm land. The par-70 course played 6,392 yards from the longest tees. It operated as a private club until Union County acquired the property in 1974, after which it served as a public county course for more than three decades.

Escalating maintenance costs and budget constraints led Union County to close Oak Ridge in 2009. The property was converted to Oak Ridge Park, a public recreation area. The golf course is no longer in operation.
