Clayton Country Club

Clayton Country Club plays nine holes at par 35, covering 2,940 yards. There is no driving range. The course sits in the North Country near the St. Lawrence River, and the terrain in this part of Jefferson County tends to be gently rolling with views of the surrounding countryside.

The club is in Clayton, a village on the St. Lawrence River in the heart of the Thousand Islands region. Pricing is at the economy level. Several other courses dot the area, including Wellesley Island State Park Golf Course and Thousand Islands Country Club. The North Country’s short golf season, running roughly May through October, means the course sees concentrated summer play, especially from the tourists and boaters who visit Clayton each year.
