Carroll Valley at Liberty Mountain Resort is an 18-hole course at par 71, stretching 6,663 yards. The layout plays through the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Adams County, where the mountainous terrain creates significant elevation changes and tree-lined corridors on most holes. This premium-priced resort course sits near Fairfield, just west of Gettysburg and close to the Maryland state line. It is part of the Liberty Mountain Resort complex, which also serves as a ski destination in winter. Monterey Country Club and Cedar Ridge Golf Course are among the other courses in the area.
