Hartefeld National stretches 6,969 yards over 18 holes with a par of 72. The course is set on the rolling Piedmont terrain of southern Chester County, where open fields, wooded borders, and creek corridors shape a long, demanding layout. A driving range is on site. At nearly 7,000 yards, the back tees will test the strongest players, while forward tees offer a more approachable experience.

The club sits on Hartefeld Drive in Avondale and operates at the elite price tier as part of the Invited club network. Loch Nairn Golf Club is the closest neighbor. The Avondale area, near the Brandywine Valley and the Delaware border, features the gentle rolling hills and horse farms typical of Chester County. Hartefeld National’s nearly 7,000-yard yardage makes it a significant challenge in this part of southeastern Pennsylvania.
