Bulls Bay

Bulls Bay plays 7,014 yards at par 72 through maritime forest and salt marsh in the northern reaches of Mount Pleasant. The course threads through stands of live oaks and palmettos, with several holes opening to broad marsh vistas along the Bulls Bay estuary. The design uses natural contours and sandy waste areas rather than heavy earthmoving, giving the layout a links-influenced feel despite the Lowcountry setting. A driving range is on site.

Elite pricing and private membership limit access to this course, which sits well north of the Mount Pleasant commercial center along Highway 17. The relative seclusion from Charleston’s urban core gives Bulls Bay a more rural atmosphere than many of the area’s other private clubs.
