Old Tabby Links on Spring Island

Old Tabby Links stretches 7,004 yards across Spring Island’s preserved Lowcountry terrain, where tidal creeks and salt marshes frame many of the holes. The layout follows the natural contours of the land, with tabby ruins and centuries-old live oaks lining several fairways. The par-72 course carries an elite price point and includes a full driving range.

Spring Island is a private residential community near Okatie, limited to around 400 homesites across 3,000 acres. The island’s conservation trust protects a significant portion of the property as wildlife habitat. Golfers here play alongside egrets, deer, and the occasional bald eagle in one of the most ecologically intact settings on the South Carolina coast.
