The Cliffs Valley

The Cliffs Valley plays 6,964 yards from the back tees on a par-72 Ben Wright design near Travelers Rest. The course sits in a mountain valley north of Greenville, with less extreme elevation change than the other Cliffs mountain courses but still enough undulation to create interesting shot angles. Creeks bisect several fairways, and the mountain backdrop is visible from most holes. A driving range is on site.

Travelers Rest is a small town on Greenville’s northern edge, along the Swamp Rabbit Trail corridor. The Cliffs Valley is the most accessible of the Cliffs communities for Greenville residents, located about 20 minutes from downtown. It is the closest of the group’s seven courses to a major city, and its elite pricing and private membership are part of the broader Cliffs real estate and recreation model.
