The Woodcreek Club

The Woodcreek Club measures 7,002 yards through a wooded residential development on Club Ridge Road in Elgin, east of Columbia. The par 72 layout plays through tall pines and mixed hardwoods, with rolling terrain that gives the course more vertical variation than most Midlands layouts. Water comes into play on a handful of holes, primarily from ponds that collect drainage from the surrounding hillsides.

Elgin is a growing community in the northeast Columbia suburbs, between Interstate 20 and the town of Lugoff. The course has elite pricing and a driving range. As a private club, Woodcreek draws members from the rapidly developing Richland and Kershaw county corridor, offering one of the more challenging courses in the Columbia area at over 7,000 yards from the tips.
