Meadow Creek Golf Course

Meadow Creek Golf Course is located in Volga, a small town in Brookings County about 10 miles west of Brookings. The nine-hole layout plays 3,128 yards to a par of 36, with a balanced mix of two par 5s, five par 4s, and two par 3s. Walking is permitted, and the course has a driving range and pitching/chipping area for practice. Weekday green fees before noon are $18 for nine holes, with standard rates of $23 during the week and $35 on weekends.

The course is public and welcomes both members and daily-fee players. Cart and club rentals are available, and online tee time booking is offered through the course website. Meadow Creek’s relatively recent construction compared to many South Dakota courses means the layout was designed with modern playability in mind, and the condition is well-maintained for a community-sized facility.
