The Courses of Clear Creek

The Courses of Clear Creek is a 9-hole layout with a par of 36 playing 3,402 yards on Fort Hood (now Fort Cavazos). A driving range is available. The course plays across the rolling Central Texas terrain near Killeen, where the post’s open grasslands and scattered trees shape a straightforward military-base routing. At over 3,400 yards for nine holes, the per-hole length is substantial.

Fort Hood is one of the largest military installations in the country, located in the Killeen-Temple area of Central Texas. The course is priced at the standard tier and primarily serves active-duty service members, retirees, and their families. Stonetree Golf Club and Hills of Cove Golf Course are nearby civilian alternatives. Clear Creek provides on-base recreation for the Fort Hood community.
