Southgate Golf Club

Southgate Golf Club is an 18-hole municipal course playing 5,899 yards to a par of 70 in St. George. The layout features two contrasting nines: the front nine winds along the Santa Clara River with water hazards on eight of nine holes, while the back nine climbs through washes and hills with more elevation change. Views extend to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and the distinctive Black Hill lava formation.

Owned and operated by the City of St. George, Southgate offers affordable green fees and a forgiving layout that still rewards solid ball-striking. The practice facility includes a driving range with grass and mat tees, a bunker area, and a putting green. A grill serves breakfast and lunch, and award-winning PGA professionals provide individual and group instruction.
