About This Course

Mill Quarter Plantation Country Club sits on part of the old Randolph Plantation in Powhatan County, west of Richmond. Edmund Ault, along with Tom Clark and Brian Ault, selected the course site from more than 1,460 acres and designed the par-72 layout, which opened in the mid-1970s. The course plays 6,943 yards from the back tees and follows the rolling terrain of central Virginia’s Piedmont countryside.

Mill Quarter operates as a semi-private facility, accepting both members and public tee times. A driving range supports the golf operation. The plantation setting and mature trees give the course a distinctive character, and the Ault design takes full advantage of the natural elevation changes and tree-lined corridors on the property. It remains one of the primary golf options in the Powhatan area.
