About This Course

Wandermere Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in north Spokane, Washington, started in 1929 by brothers Bill and Wes Ross. The original nine holes were built in the Little Spokane River Valley, and the course expanded to 18 holes after World War II. The par-70 layout now plays 6,050 yards from the back tees. The Ross family still owns and operates the course, making it one of the longest-running family golf businesses in the state.

The course has a colorful history beyond golf. In 1933, workers trucked in snow to the property for the first annual Spokane Ski Carnival, which featured ski jumping and drew an estimated 22,000 spectators. Today, the layout offers challenging play with scenic views of the river valley. There is no driving range on site. Green fees are in the standard range.
