Drugan's Castle Mound

Drugan’s Castle Mound is an 18-hole course playing 6,579 yards at par 72. There is no driving range on site. The 6,500-plus-yard layout at full par provides a solid test, and the hilly terrain of western Wisconsin’s Driftless Area can add elevation changes that affect club selection.

The course is on Sylvester Road in Holmen, just north of La Crosse in the coulee region along the Mississippi River valley. Standard pricing applies. The Golf Club At Cedar Creek and Ettrick Golf Club are among the closest alternatives. This part of Wisconsin features the steep hills and unglaciated bluffs of the Driftless Area, giving courses here a character distinct from the flatter glacial terrain found elsewhere in the state.
