Targhee Village Golf Course

Targhee Village Golf Course is a public 9-hole layout located in Alta, Wyoming, at the base of the Targhee National Forest. The course plays to a par 36 with two par 3s, five par 4s, and two par 5s. It offers three sets of tees, allowing yardages from 2,777 to 3,375 yards.

The course features a large pond that guards the front of several greens, demanding accuracy on approach shots. The terrain is sloped with trees surrounding the greens, particularly on the most challenging holes. Wildlife such as moose are occasionally seen near the pond. The course is maintained to provide a test of shot-making in a mountain valley setting.

Facilities include a driving range. The course is frequented by both local residents and visiting golfers.
